Royalty-Free License

• Royalty-Free Products: All serum presets and MIDI chords available for purchase on Poetic Sound are royalty-free. This means that upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use these products in your music productions without owing any further fees or royalties to Poetic Sound for such use.

• Use of Products: You are permitted to use the purchased products in your own music productions, including for commercial purposes. However, you are not permitted to resell, redistribute, provide access to, share, or transfer any of our serum presets and MIDI chords except as integrated into music productions.

• Ownership: While you are free to use the serum presets and MIDI chords in your music productions, you do not own the products themselves. The ownership of the products remains with Poetic Sound. You are purchasing a license to use the products, not the products themselves.
